Yoga Class

*This Program is facilitated by Religious Life*

Take a break to relax and refresh with yoga in Earl Hall. Free yoga classes (open level) will be offered in the Auditorium in Earl Hall on Thursday evening during the spring 2024 semester. 

No pre-registration required; open to all Columbia University students. Please bring your own mat and arrive 10 minutes early to sign in and set up. There is a 5 minute late policy; doors close at 7:05pm. 

Please note: No class during spring break. From March 14 - April 5, classes will be virtual. All other classes will be held in person in Earl Hall.
