Details

The SPS Training & Development Office Hours are intended to provide a virtual drop space for SPS staff to find answers or resources to common work related questions or challenges related to our various information systems. Feel free to reserve a 30 minute timeslot in advance of the office hours and be sure to let us know what you'd like to discuss.

Some common questions and requests staff encounter include but are not limited to: 
  • MS Excel data manipulation/pivot tables, visualization
  • SPS brand and identity (logos, colors, typography, templates, and design)
  • Navigating and updating the SPS Intranet
  • G-Suite applications (Google Shared Drives, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
  • Zendesk (intake form, triggers, and reporting)
  • Slate (Deliver, Events, Inbox, Queries, Reader, Reports) 
  • Front (routing, triggers, automation)
  • SPS Engage (bulk emails, event management, data collection)
  • Smartsheets (automations, dashboards, Pro-desk hours, etc.)
