Are you a visiting student looking to shape your future with intention? Whether you're exploring options or considering a new direction, the Career Design Boot Camp offers an engaging, hands-on workshop grounded in Design Thinking principles.

Guided by professionals from Columbia’s Career Design Lab, you’ll work through the same creative, human-centered process that designers use—this time, to design your own career. Through reflection, brainstorming, and prototyping, you’ll discover new possibilities and create a personal roadmap for what comes next.

This program is open to visiting undergraduate and graduate students from all academic backgrounds. No prior experience with design thinking is needed—just bring your curiosity and an open mind.
