Greetings Colleague,

Do you occasionally use the SPS Intranet? Do you have a general sense of how to navigate websites? Do you have opinions on what makes a website easy to navigate? Do you like free snacks and drinks?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, we would greatly appreciate a bit of your time to contribute further to the look and feel of the SPS intranet redesign. We'd like to invite you to contribute more directly to the intranet's redesign as a participant in one of two upcoming in-person activities.

The Activity:
You may have already shared some feedback via the Intranet Redesign survey sent out a few weeks ago, and your contributions helped us clarify the project goals and identify areas where we will focus our efforts. This also makes you an ideal participant in a brief exercise designed to directly inform how we organize the site and its resources. We are seeking volunteers for an upcoming in-person card-sorting activity. This short activity will help us better understand how you think about the content on our website, so we can make it easier and more intuitive for everyone to use. There are no right or wrong answers — we just want to see how you would naturally organize things.

Where: Main Campus, Dodge Room @ Earl Hall
When: Tuesday, June 24th @ 12-1:00 PM

Light snacks and refreshments will be provided!

We look forward to seeing you!
