Phong Luu, Director of Student Support, was born and raised in Montreal, Canada, and has made his way to New York City by way of Boston; Madison, WI; Washington D.C.; and Chicago. He earned his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin and his M.A. from Northwestern University, and has been working in higher education for over seven years. Outside of Columbia, he enjoys bow ties, exercising, cooking, mentoring, and traveling with family and friends.

Erin grew up in eastern Long Island, New York and attended Stony Brook University for both her undergraduate and graduate studies. She began working for SPS in May 2021 as the Coordinator of Student Support. Through her various educational and professional experiences, she has developed a strong passion for working with students in higher education and exploring the ways we assess valuable student programs & services. Outside of Columbia, Erin enjoys going to the gym, reading, hiking, and watching NHL games.
